“ We came here for lunch. We started with the Pork gyoza & Brussel sprout tempera. Then, we also tried the crispy chicken small plate, and the shrimp sushi. My husband ordered the spicy chicken Ramen and I had the chicken Chashu bowl. Both were amazing! I love the atmosphere at lunch. I would definitely be back for a date night. Our service was what made them lose a star. Our waitress was very nice but they were fully staffed (multiple waitstaff & people in the kitchen, a bartender, and a hostess) and only 3 tables had people seated. There was no reason for our waitress to be so inattentive. ”
“ Food was so delicious and had great variety. Our server Eric made great personalized recommendations and was a drink making master! We left with just the right amount of full and at a great price. Loved the lighting and seats, the ambiance felt super authentic. Will definitely be coming back, thank you for the great experience! ”
“ Always the go-to ramen spot when I'm in Tulsa! So tasty. Also has really good poke bowls! Service is good, waitresses/waiters are friendly and the inside is always clean and well kept! ”
“ This place is amazing! The spicy vegan ramen is so tasty. The staff is great. If you're eating anywhere else when you pass through Tulsa, you're missing out. ”
“ This spot continues to be excellent. There are many vegan options and they are all clearly identifiable on the menu. At this point I've had all the vegan options and they are all excellent. The service is usually very good as well. The complaint is still the incessant yelling at people when they come in or leave the restaurant, though the number of times the employees do this has been reduced a considerable amount. Thank the corporate overlords for allowing the workers to do their jobs without having to yell salutations at people upon entering or exiting the restaurant. ”
“ This place is absolutely wonderful for a night out!! the food was show stopping, great for first time ramen tryers and seasoned ramen eaters as well. The servers were very attentive and made sure that all of your needs are met all throughout your entire visit. For those seeking an indie tulsa experience this is the place for you, not only is the food absolutely delicious but the vibes are unmatched. ”
“ Jinya is my go-to place for ramen, especially when I'm in the mood for something comforting and hearty. Conveniently located downtown, it's a great option for groups and a solid choice when guests are in town. There are a few street parking spots right outside and a row of spots across the street. On busy days, you may have to find a spot around the corner, but I haven't had any issues with parking so far. While I generally prefer local spots over chains, I appreciate the consistent quality and reliably good food. The service is usually decent as well. My favorite dish is the Tonkotsu black ramen. The original version is also delicious, as are the fried chicken pieces. Although it's just a touch on the salty side, the flavors are always rich and satisfying. Given how hearty the meals can be, I tend to eat here sparingly, though it's perfect on cold or rainy days when the craving for a hot bowl of ramen hits. Overall, Jinya delivers a dependable dining experience that keeps me coming back. ”
“ i've been here time and time again since they've first been here. hanging out with friends, business meetings, dates... jinya is good for all of those occasions. for the recent times i've been, sports was on display while it wasn't as busy, which is something that works in my favor (i like having places to myself when i'm solo... especially with sports is involved). the servers are always nice & attentive. food was never a long wait. never had any complaints on my orders or never had a dish that let me down. i like the location it's at downtown along with the interior being very minimal & in low light (again, suitable for dates). it's usually quiet outside of the hosts + servers having a greeting for welcoming guests (it can get entertaining when other visitors join along). i've tried a majority of the ramen, i don't have a favorite as i try to switch it up each visit (i had the spicy chicken recently). one thing that really caught me off-guard & that i enjoyed was the takoyaki (octopus balls), that's something that helps switching it up + going out of my norm. the brussel sprouts tempura are pretty good & it's something i'd get over & over again. a lot of options to choose from no matter what kind of appetite you have. ”
“ From the second you walk in the door of JINYA, the decor, dishes, and delightful servers transport you to a swanky Japanese ramen house. The menu is an eclectic mix of Small Plates (the Brussels Sprouts Tempura, y'all ), Mini Tacos, Salads (the Quinoa Salad is next level), Rice Bowls, Ramen (duh ), and lots of other fun surprises and twists on tradition. And while you dine, the Japanese tradition of the chefs and servers yelling in unison to welcome you to their restaurant is also alive and well. Domo to you too, JINYA. JINYA hosts a daily happy hour with specials on small plates, beer, wine, and signature cocktails. And they have a rotation of Chef's Specials, like the current Kara-Men ramen, which is . ”
